Tree house.....

A heifer needed to be calved first off. Must be the week end ! A live bull calf so that was a bonus!
Went away to mow another field of grass and open up the end rigs of another 35 acre one. Hope the weather lives up to the forecast. Mrs F and Little Miss away to the book festival tonight. Think they enjoyed it, and back with a book signed by the author .
Another cow to bring in and calve tonight. Quite big but came out OK with the calving jack. The cow however isn't showing much interest in it. Presume I will need to milk her out and feed the calve in the morning. The joys !
This was once a shepherds cottage but was last inhabited in the late 1940s I think.
