Let me through!

This morning we had an early start as an electrician was coming to fit the new lights in the front room at 8:30 AM. It was more like 9 AM when he got here but plenty early enough for a Sunday!

We kept Minstrel in the back room while the man was working so he didn't get into mischief or try to go outside. He hates to miss anything though and always wants to know what is going on. He spent most of the time by the door miaowing loudly!

The lights are fitted now, and are much better than the old scruffy ones. All the bulbs work too! 

This afternoon we have been at a barbecue at Brian's sister's as her son Nathan (Bri's nephew!)  and his family are over from America for a visit. It was fun, and great to see everyone again.
