Church around the corner!

This is it... the church opposite Lambeth North tube station - which is closed btw till next year!!) I'm sorry, I don't even know the name of it and it is not marked on Googlemaps.

Anyway, the day began with helping Margaret (MD) with some more modern hymns in church. I played with her, G didn't use her recorder, so another time I hope...

Got back to the Lodge briefly to have lunch and finish packing for a week in London. :)  Had to drop the car back at Heathrow first though - so farewell Catcus. Then we tubed it to Central London. All very smooth apart from changing lines at Embankment only to find out Lambeth North station is closed till next year and having to get on a bus with luggage!!!!

Anyway, we found the hotel and settled into a very interesting room. Twin beds opposite each other in a very narrow room. Think the Lodge is bigger! ;)  Nice to have a walk around and get a feel for what's around. We ended up eating at a quiet Indian restaurant where it turns out, quite a number of MPs frequent!

Happy it's not raining but boy is it warm!
