Decathlon II Team Selection: 1 of 21 in 300 high potential employees, 1 of 21 in 5000 employees across the business. This Executive Leadership Training program is geared to build the next generation of OTS executives. Several of our current VPs, GMs, and Senior Directors were 1of 14 original Decathlon I graduates in 2004.
