MonoMonday:(Un)sound

JDO's MonoMonday theme this week is sound.

The nearest thing I could get was the loudspeaker (or in retrospect the horse's ears) at the races till Mr isbi pointed out that, after injuring her foot during the race, our horse is now unsound, which makes for a more interesting blip.

The jockey reported she was going well until the 800 metre mark when he felt something happen. 
She lost momentum but finished the race with no apparent injury.

However when we checked her in the stalls afterwards we found a deep puncture wound under her hoof. 
It seems she may have trodden on a stick or sharp stone. 

The vet attended and treated and bandaged the wound which should hopefully heal quite well.

Another excuse!
