Bike ride

After getting up to watch the 1500m semis, the amazing 400m final and the Usain show during the night, Will woke me up at 07.45!

I headed out for a bike ride solo. 27miles of mostly empty roads, sunshine and blue sky.

The rest of the day was spent chilling out in 30+ degrees, mostly by the pool. Will swam 111 lengths of the pool. It is only about 10-12m long but even so it was a pretty amazing achievement.
