Long day

Went to Town with my friend Norma
Had lunch at Cot'e... A lovely French Bistro...Just at the side of Kendals...
Then a walk around John Rylands...
The little Gem Church.... Central Library
Then off to the Alchemist... For cocktails
( fuzzy water for me).... It was " heaving"
With " brides to be" on their " hen parties".. Then at 5.30... I said shall we go for the tram... To which my friend Norma replied.. ""
"Oh we're not going home yet are we"
Arrrgggh!!!! I couldn't stand it any longer in town so we got the tram then I drove to Ramsbottom to the barbecue and annual Duck race at Charlotte and Sarah golf club.... The munchkins were staying for a sleep over ... .....finally git home at 12.30
