Yummy Mexican Food

We went out to eat with friends this evening.  One of the dishes ordered was a huge collection of different main courses all mixed together.  It came out to the table in a wooden, carved out animal and was still boiling when it landed on the table.  The insulating properties of the presentation dish meant that the food stayed way too hot to enjoy for as long as the meal lasted.  It was so hot that the take-home container was not styrofoam because styrofoam would have melted.
