Sunday: Food Trucks

It was another beautiful day - personally, I am doubting all these stories about Vancouver being a rainy place.

Today we headed into town to explore Robson Street and the surrounding area. Robson Street is Vancouver's main shopping street and has quite a lot to offer. We were interested to see what there was and quite enjoyed doing it on a Sunday when it was a bit quieter. These food trucks are dotted all over the place - needless to say, it is my firm intention to try them all......

We have our first visitors staying for the next couple of nights. Gabriella, whom I know from Croatia, and her family are staying at the end of their road trip through the US. We had a lovely meal out this evening - it's been great catching up. Her two kids, 14 and 11, are great and I particularly like that her son, Caspar, is such an avid bookworm that he just sits and reads while we're out.
