Twisted Thistles vs Tiger Bay Brawlers

An all-day babysit for middleman's two excellent girls so he and the missus could do some culture. Decided to take them to see some roller derby, with mixed results. M, 6, was a bit bored and spent most of the match playing Angry Birds on my phone. C, 9, loved it and was cheering on the Edinburgh team (who lost after a thrilling contest) like a good 'un. Then home for tea and silliness and a bit of Olympics before bed. They're smashing kids, and excellent company. I had actually planned on blipping them today, but got carried away taking pictures at derby and my battery ran out!
