A Bohring House
As mentioned a couple of days ago, Niels Bohr used to be a neighbour of mine (sort of). He lived here, in the founder of Carlsberg's house, for 30 years. I.C.Jacobsen (the founder) left the house in perpetuity to a top scientist (or artist) of the day to live in for free, for as long as they want. The offer still stands today, though it is limited to the top floor, for two years and no longer includes servants. Downstairs is now rented out on rare occasions for conferences.
