Saw this young rabbit in the garden this morning...it's white spot will make it easy to identify

Went to the vet with my friend again to collect her cat who became ill at the weekend and has been kept at the vet's for a few days.  They don't know what is wrong with him, but we fear it may be something serious.  He purred when we got home, but he seems quite confused...
