...the cruise ship moored off shore is barely visible against the blur of Fife.

We cycled to Portobello for a bit of a stretch. The air, the light, the sound of the sea breaking on the beach - all lovely.

The day's accumulation of litter less so. As with the city centre, the city needs to commit to twice or three-times daily bin emptying at this time of year. I'm sure our visitors contribute enough to the coffers to more than cover the cost. Step up the Chamber of Commerce!!
