Follow the light grasshopper

And it will take you to a bar on the beach which is where we went last night for a nightcap. This is the decked pathway that leads you there and it is lit all the way. Very nice.

3.5 mile run this morning. Anyone who has followed me for a while may recall that I sometimes have a bit of an issue when running for any length of time. Happened this morning, I won't go into details but suffice to say I left a little bit of me in France :-)
