Sticky Tape helps with pain

we made the journey into Oxford today calling at the Centre 1st. THEY don't believe that the elbow has been bleeding though the pain has been so-o-o bad. The physio said that this tape might help with the pain..has it ? ??

From the centre we went to see the man about my stomach issue. No pillcam at this stage but will have a CT scan asap to see as much as possible. This appointment was for 4pm but never got in til 5pm. Picked up dinner from the on site M & S then home.
