buried in his work

This metallic green sweat bee is working hard to collect pollen in the saddle bags on his legs. But notice the pollen all over the green part of this bee, where he can't use it. 
I wonder how much of my "work" day clings to me where I can't see it or make the best use of it.
Hmm, food for thought.
