maybe? Anyway I went to Bristol zoo where I and several groups of litter picker-uppers from the area were given grabbers, gloves, rings to hold open plastic bags and high viz jackets. Free zoo entry  for the rest of the day but the place was full of children  under the blue skies so I didn't last very long.
