Butterfly and bees

........And a hoverfly.
Another glorious summers day, after a cloudy start.
Jobs to do in the morning, and then a sit outside reading.
Finished with a glass of rose and some nibbles just before tea.
Making the most of the lovely weather as it may be the last good day for a while.
Plenty of bees in the garden again, and at last a butterfly.

I felt quite exhausted this morning after watching the cycling last night.
What a night that was.
What a great golden couple Laura Trott and Jason Kenny make.
That race when Jason won Gold was just too much. Two false starts, and then it seemed he was boxed in, only to storm through to victory.
Don't think my nerves can take any more.

Also wonderful results by local boy from Pudsey, Nile Wilson, who won a bronze medal for his performance on the high bar, and little Amy Tinkler who won bronze for her superb floor exercise.

Again well done Team GB.
