Ok, so here's the wally train. Punctual and on time as always. This is our last time on the wally train we go home tomorrow. Quite sad but pleased for the teenage members of my family who are desperate to get back to friends and loved ones. I too will be pleased to see my friends and loved ones but the spanish heat and holiday feeling are hard to let go even tho we know we have too.
I've had a large task to complete today. I had a litre of sangria from the supermarket to drink before we left for home. It's been hard work but I'm nearly there. It's so lovely.
We've had a lazy day, tydieng and packing and swimming and topping up our tan and drinking and having tea out at the itslian at the top of the hill and chillin and drinking! I've got a litre of a samgria to empty.
Mr C and I escaped the cherubs, which was quite nice although i missed them. We went for drinks in the cocktail bar at the top of the hotel next door with the infinity pool, which charges 40€ for the day for a sunbed. It was entertaining to see how those with 40€ behave and the relationships already formed and who is with who. Those 40€ paid for padded sun beds, the use of the infinity pool and waitress service. Champagne was delivered to two of those sunbeds!
We did comment that if we had paid 40€ for the day we would not expect any tom dick and harry to arrive off the street (as me and mr c did) to buy a beer and a coffee and sit and watch us swim, make out on our sunbed! Or take photos from an area only available to those who don't pay 40€.
I can't get over this cost!
We had tea at the italian resteraunt who must have been so busy they can remember our drinks order prefectly! It was a lovely meal not to be faulted at all. All very good.
Its now back for the packing and finishing off my sangria.
Cheers. Xx
