Urban Wildlife

Morning walk, Ashland. We startled each other and stood stock still, staring. I wanted to see if they would root in the trash, but they seemed to be interested in browsing the leaves. There is a network of alleys in this part of town that makes for pleasant walking and sightseeing, but I never expected to encounter deer.
