Olympic fun day

The village where no1 son goes to school has organised a lot of activities for the Olympic games. They take it very seriously and even have a committee! Today was a family fun day with games and activities for the children, screens in the marquee showing the action from London, a bar, sports and a balloon race. I wonder whether any of our labels will be posted back...

Well done to all our Olympians on their successes over the last 9 days. I take my hat off to you for your dedication, skill, willpower and determination. Oh and does anyone know why there is not a male synchronised swimming event??? I think I'm going to write to the IOC...

No1 son and mr mc have gone to the children's disco tonight but the little ones need their beds, and so do I.
