I don't know how could I explain the green thing. Come to Finland and go on a boat and buy a drink. Alcoholic or non-alcoholic. They put those into them and people use them as bracelets. The glow usually lasts for about a day, and then it's just waste.
Do people still use them in some more sophisticated countries? I have a feeling that's a bit 90s...
