Not quite Rio

Today we took a trip over to Skegness for the morning as Julie had work this evening. When we arrived it was rather deserted. We enjoyed a nice relaxing stroll along the beach. I spotted these Beech volleyball nets at the side of the pier so decided to grab a shot of them.
after the walk we went and grabbed a couple of doughnuts each enjoyed them and then sat on the beach and read a few chapters of a book. Afterwards we went and enjoyed Fish & Chips  and then finished our time there with an Ice cream and ice lolly for me.  just a shame we had to leave at 2.00 as the sun was really starting to shine nicely  but an enjoyable day was had.
A relaxing evening watching Rugby and hopefully catching up on comments. Will be a very late and probably back blip tomorrow as we are heading over to Wigan to watch them play St.Helens in a local derby match.
