Grandpa had to get his 3 monthly botox jabs today. 32 injections around the head, helps prevent migraines. The boys thought it was magic watching the old bugger getting pierced.
Extras, my boys are my life. The two of them were taken down to Dave the Hedge this afternoon. Dave is a tree surgeon, RNLI mechanic and crewman on the St Agnes rubber ducky, National Trust worker and general all round bon oeuf. He used to teach inner city yoofs Outward Bound courses, has huge empathy and tolerance. 
Dave had them in a boat each within 5 minutes of them sitting in one on the grass, Sprog the elder amazed me, he's in the blue boat. Sprog the younger astounded me, he understands the mechanics and got himself into and out of problems. 
When we got home we showed them the K2 silver medallists racing at Rio. Their Grandpa last raced in 1974 - jaw dropping moment for the boys.
