A Floral Dress (Fashion Extreme)

Who would wear something like this? I had some time to kill in between Festival shows, so I popped into the National Museum of Scotland to look at a few of the 10 new galleries. It's a great place to while away time. There was also a folk band trio playing music in the central hall.
No wonder they had to widen the doors in 18th century palaces. Really difficult to take a photo in this gallery as it is very dark (presumably to conserve the materials) and everything is behind glass.
