Gold, gold, always believe in gold

I woke up this morning still in awe after watching the Olympics last night. It was probably the best athletics I have saw since kris akabusi beat the American on the last leg of the 4x400m to win world gold.

I haven't done a lot today apart from go round my moms for Sunday dinner then watch the olympics all day. It's been another great day of sport for the great Britain team and the medals keep comming.

I'm really looking forward to the 100m semi's and final tonight especially as my favourite athlete is running, usain bolt (pic, my tribute to usain).
