"What's she drinking?!"

I went to a café in Ely.  There was a man and woman sitting at a nearby table.  She had a very loud voice.  I couldn't help but hear what she was saying.

I ordered a coffee I'd seen someone else drinking the last time I'd been in.  When it arrived, and her at the nearby table saw it, she said, without lowering her voice, "What's she drinking?!"

Seeing as you're wondering and you weren't rude about it, I'll tell you: it's Russian coffee.  It's black coffee poured on top of condensed milk.  You might not like the sound of it, but it's actually nice if you don't mind sweetened coffee.
