Two blues and a yellow

It has been almost 2 weeks since I got into my studio - or in fact took a photograph. There are times when my workload just increases so much that I need to put my head down and plough through the load until I've got through it all.

This afternoon I got to the point where I could see the light and I had an urge to take a break in the studio. I decided to just have a little tonal warm up to start with. I rather liked this little blue and yellow exercise. Intense, and surreal, but fun if you're a fan of colour.

Next weekend I hope to get back to the oils again.
