1853 Gallery
Just returned from a trip to Salts Mill, Saltaire, Bradford , to meet Mr C's brother, sister-in-law and cousin, for coffee.
The 1853 Gallery is one of my favourite parts of the mill. Named after the year the mill opened.
As well as books and art materials for sale, it displays a number of David Hockney paintings.
But best of all are the huge vases of lilies which are always dotted around the gallery.
They smell is gorgeous.
So for Flower Friday my blip is of the lilies, but I also wanted to have the gallery in the shot too, and show the light and shade.
Rained all day. Hope the weekend will be better.
