Ice cream - coffee flavour

The point about this ice cream is that I made it and it's the first time ever.  I have thought about making ice cream before but I thought I either needed a machine or I had to keep stirring it every two hours, either way it all just seemed like too much palaver.  For this recipe I just mixed all the ingredients together and put it in the freezer.  Some comfort food to cheer myself up after not feeling well yesterday.
