It's been a funny old day, but not funny haha.

Anyhow, well done Andy Murray! Gold medal in the men's singles and silver in mixed doubles. I'm inclined to be a pint-half-empty kind of person, or maybe I was just a bit put off by the over-politicisation and commercialisation of the games, but I can honestly say that I am being carried along on a wave of huge goodwill by these @lympics and the Tour de France before it; it's like living in a parallel universe where things are actually quite nice.

The blip is an old standby when the weather is rubbish or I forget to blip anything else.
