Stress.

Today has been stressful (again). Our buyers have been promising all week that they will be exchanging on their house "tomorrow" . Today it came to a head as we have refused to be fobbed off, again. Plus, our vendors in Norwich are "losing faith in the sale".

Ultimately I said if we lose our house in Norwich, we're not selling at all. Miraculously our buyers have exchanged. Now we just need them to finalise their mortgage and exchange with us.
