Rain (an explanation)

Apparently, and I quote: "Rain - and other forms of precipitation - occur when warm moist air cools and condensation occurs. Since warm air can hold more water than cool air, when the warmer air is cooled the moisture condenses to liquid - and it rains."

It is at about this time, of course, that one should run like hell for cover before the ensuing moisture condenses into a liquid which is too heavy to remain aloft ... :o/
