Speedy Swiss

Time to close borders.

In these times of European cross border closures, Germany needs to review its relationship with the Swiss. Currently the police there get the details of German vehicle registrations. Hence today I got the fine notice described in my Blip for the misdeed day.

Interesting to note the police send a pre-filled bank transfer form. They have a German Post Office bank a/c and kindly convert the 40CHF fine in to 37.05 Euros. I wonder what the admin costs were for the criminal speeding of under 2mph.
