I'm stuck in waiting for delivery of a new gas hob today (IF it arrives, as per text message yesterday, it'll be fitted on Monday, and I'll be celebrating with a no-holds-barred all-day breakfast, sauce colour yet to be decided!)…..luckily the weather is, at best, mediocre and with the prospect of rain on the horizon, so no real hardship…….
