Food Prep
Bit of food prep this afternoon after a longer than expected, but definitely needed, nap. This pumpkin will keep us going for 4 lunches this week and is quite fun to chop up!
Had fun this morning at our CrossFit box's mobility class. Learning to get a bit more flexible with some new movement patterns. Challenging as usual but some good things to try at home.
Nearly had a bit of a fender bender of the way there. Some nutter tried to pull across into the lane I was already in. Brakes slammed, horn blared and even had to jump the curb. Thankfully just a side mirror bump! We pulled over to check out the car (didn't know the car was fine until we stopped) and the women just drove off! Thankfully we were fine but a crazy few minutes!
