Vintage Style Filament Light Globe

I purchased a lamp a while back which had a vintage style filament globe in it. Loved the soft 25watt effect but unfortunately the globe only lasted a couple of weeks.

I found the globes in Kmart and bought two. One lasted one minute the other is still working. Thought I would get a shot of it as its quite intricate and lovely, the filaments are very very fine and wobble for quite a while when you first turn it on. Processed it through Snapseed to give it some shape. I don't think I'll be using them much longer as they're too fragile.

Had my usual lovely day with my sons today. I've put an update on G's drawing in as an extra, virtually the same pose just a few weeks later ;o)
