Cut In Half Blues

During my early morning walk from the cottage happened to find a fresh porcini, likely having popped up on the ground during the night. The worms and bugs had not had the time to attack it so we cut it in small cubes and prepared a porcini omelet for breakfast. The cutting started by cutting it into two halves.
