Comfort food

Felt like ages since we stayed at home on a weekend. Priorities set were sleeping, sport and food.

Long lie in. Healthy breakfast with own juice, fruits and mymuesli. 10k jogging when it was still partially sunny at 11am and leaving for Zurich at 1pm afterwards.

Long overdue catch up with AM while eating Sushi, Sashimi & Co as a late lunch.

Just a little bit Deli shopping before going back home at 4pm. 3 hours of PPT work before preparing turbot and shrimps a l'orange with raw fennel / orange salad and an Italian white wine from San Gimignano. Stilton, Flower Marie (a raw milk cheese from Sussex) and Tomme de Chèvre, blue grapes, walnuts with dark Maggia bread for "dessert". Coffee, marc and nocciolini to finish. Raining outside. Terrace door open. Blues & Soul music still playing in the background (Etta James, Dr. John, Keb Mo). Movie to come.
