Absolutely awful selfie but it has to be blipped to show my team of supporters coming to give me moral support in the 9th mile of this morning's training run. I love that Ant is not only brilliantly capable of whisking the kids off for adventure but also finds ways of involving us all and bringing random activities together. Later we all went to town because he was in need of a haircut, another example of his very team orientated approach to life!
