Change of Mood

Pheww what a day. The last one for me for 3 whole days. Busy, busy, busy.
Everything about me ached when I got in so went for a walk in the hope it would help....it didn't just made it worse. Change of mood out there tonight, the cloud formation was all different....like a storm is brewing!!! Nights are drawing back 8.23pm was sun down tonight :(  Hot water bottle on my knees to stop them from aching ...it worked!!! Just an old bird now ha ha ahahaha
