Farewell Bellagio...

... from the deck of the car ferry, just after 7 this morning. 

It's been a long day, with pouring rain on the way to Milan airport and pretty heavy rain driving over the Pennines on the way home from Manchester Airport.

It's now time for a good night's  sleep to recharge the batteries (I thought that was what holidays were for!).

Thanks for all the comments etc. over the last two weeks, I hope to fulfil my side of the bargain over the next few days by catching up with your journals.
