Pork chop

Cooked with fresh, sliced peaches with a side of rainbow carrots.

Peaches and pork go really well together, but they have to be fresh, unsweetened peaches. No sugar is added. Canned peaches  would never do. They are much too sweet. Fresh, unsweetened peaches have a bit of tang to them that is really good.
