A Winnipeg community which was in decline 30 years ago but now a rather nice neighbourhood.  What drove its revival?  It might have been that you can walk to a choice of several bakeries for croissants or cinnamon buns in the morning.  That alone might be enough of a driver to warrant moving back to this city.
