I do wish Di would put some clothes on

When we go running.

Restless night last night so I decided to go running earlier than usual this morning. When I looked out of the window it was already getting light so i assumed that I had missed any chance of capturing a sunrise which had been on my mind so I was pleasantly surprised when I reached the beach to see it just rising on the horizon. Ruined my run as I would take a picture, start running again and stop almost immediately as it has risen a little higher and changed the scene considerably. This is my favourite (I think) and there are a few others on the extras.
