Lonely flower

Up this morning as we wanted to go and walk up to Easdale Tarn to go for a swim. Another sunny day and very warm. Ended up getting sunburn on my arms by the end of the day. Parked at Grasmere to start the walk while J went to the gingerbread shop. Headed up to the tarn via the waterfalls. This week’s theme is flowers and there was only this lonely yellow flower in front of the waterfalls. Got to the top and we both had a nice swim in the tarn. Kilda had a good time fetching her float toy. After lunch we were looking to start to return and Kilda came up to J and snuggled next to her for a quick power nap. Good walk down and it was late by the time we got back to the cottage.
