The light pours out of me by Anya Gallaccio

Mr hazelh and I cycled by tandem to Jupiter Artland today for a wander round the park and a picnic. I have blipped our favourite exhibit. The light pours out of me is an underground chamber of amethyst, surround by obsidian, protected by gold barbed wire, and under constant surveillance of CCTV!

The cycling wasn't too demanding: 34 miles mainly on the flat along cycle paths and the Union Canal with just a couple of climbs, i.e. the same hill but in different directions for the outward and return journeys.

Exercise today: 34 miles of tandem riding, 1.5 hours walking.
