Covering The Face, Aylesford

I often take part in a street photography group on flickr. I have a sometimes ambivalent attitude to it - at times I think it is the most wonderful and perceptive form of photography but in other instances I think it can be cruel and confrontational. The type of street photography I don't like is where a photographer goes right up to a person, invades their space and sets their flash off in their face. It may produce an arresting image but I think it is a terrible way to behave, in a way they are worse than the papparazzi because at least famous people are used to it (even if they hate it just as much).
