Icecreamists recipe

Started making Jamaican ginger cake ice cream today, need to finish the mix tomorrow. The last time I had this ice cream was when I was in London, sitting in Covent Garden icecreamists. Love their ice cream sadly they are due to close as Covent Garden put their rent up 45%. Bought the recipe book so I can try recreate them myself. :-D
