I decided not to go to church and catch up on sleep.

In the afternoon I went to town and had a bit of a shop. Bought quite a lot but I feel it is justified as I haven't bought anything is such a long time. Defiantly satisfied my craving.

Had dinner (walked to Tesco and there was mental clouds everywhere), then picked up Phil and he came round to watch the evening of athletics.
